If I were born with a silver spoon in my mouth, and moved forward through life as a man of means, I would most likely gather with similar people. My thinking would be molded with that experience.  And some people with less might never connect.

​Trying to put myself in President-Elect Trump's shoes, and I realize that it might be very hard for me to identify with "regular folks". It was probably very easy for me to appear to make promises to such people and then simply ignore that I ever made such a promise, or perhaps never consider "them" able to hold me to that cheap talk. I've forgotten I made such a promise already.

When a million dollars is pocket change, and I live in the lap of luxury, I have no clue what the underlings to my life do. Hungary?  Let them eat cake.

It I say, "We will have a press conference on that matter within two weeks." why would I be held to that. In fact who would be so bold as to hold me to anything? People should be quiet.

But then again, the king has no clothes.
