Someone Took the Time.
This is the final entry. After weeks with this matter, and carefully documenting each step, Sears finally actually read an email.
There remain questions, like confusions as to Sears "LOB's" (line of business) and how Sears can have floor models that don't operate and Customer Services that doesn't read. But that said, Amanda finally read the email and the web pages. Sears will do with the information as they see fit. I wish them well as they try to figure out who they are.
