WE traded messages again
So I said below, "I'm thrilled with my new bed."
Sears said, even with my message showing below theirs, "I understand that you are unhappy with your new bed/mattress."
Sears not only can't read these web pages, they can't even read my two sentence email. I said "I'm thrilled", they say I'm "unhappy".
I've got to stop this. We're moving to ridiculous.
But wait, one more exchange. A new offer and my sad realization.
Nothing for me in that. I'm tired...
The keep thinking some formula response is the answer without regard to my data!
I can't tell the difference, so I reply ....
And we finally had someone read the web pages.
