The abscess in congress

There is an abscess in congress.  We all know the group.  They are in congress because they voted in.  Not much I can do about that.

What I can do is try to make the rest of congress as healthy as possible. I want to encourage the sane part of congress to simply ignore the abscess and take care of business.
