This message started on Tuesday night. It remains now Wednesday mid-morning. So I'll now try the phone, and since it is the same as has been given to be before, I'll try the "7" prefix.
... the 7 is not valid according to a phone company recording. So ignoring the 7 I'll try for the details of my order. I don't think this is Russia any more but it's certainly a peculiarity of the secret country where Customer Support is located.
This number worked fine and I talked with a rep. I could not request a morning delivery, but since the team last week did not recognize the components of the motorized foundation, I assumed they were not trained on its assembly so I asked for a different team this week. She made the note. AND I could see the order again! I didn't see the comments which didn't really surprise me. I asked her about the $225 pickup fee on the order and she said I'd have to call the store about that.
I tried to request the order again online but "...something has gone wrong..." again.
